Finishing – sewing options
Many different finishes are available. The most popular finishing options are listed below. The ‘Relevant information’ section on the right provides details of other types of finishing for download.
Indoor/outdoor banners The fabric is hemmed all round and has a stitched-on band. Plastic D rings and a tying line ensure that the banner can be stretched tight at all sides. |
Street banners The fabric is finished with a tunnel seam at the top and bottom. A tying line that protrudes at the ends is sewn in at the top and bottom. |
Metal eyelets Metal eyelets are attached every 100 or 150 cm at top and bottom. |
A street banner with wooden staffs The left and right sides of the fabric have tunnel seams through which wooden staffs can be inserted. The staffs ensure that the fabric can be stretched taut. |
