Cylindrical  flagpole  banner  holder  with  external  hoist  (rotation:  360º)  including
adjustable  tilting  base  specifically  for  locations  where  the  pole  cannot  easily  be
tilted. This unique flagpole features possibilities to run up and lower the flag without
tilting the pole. The principle of our Rotolifter® is that the inner flag-line is connected
to the banner holder with external hoist (construction in the top of the flagpole, which
extends the banner), and that the inner side of the pole has a counterweight (what is
referred to as the Balance Effect). If you have few possibilities or little room to tilt the
flagpole, the Rotolifter® is the solution.
